Jane Milner

Although she has roots in Pennsylvania and Tennessee, Jane could easily be mistaken as a native Charlestonian due to her 30+ years of knowledge and connections throughout the historic city. Perhaps, it is a result of her grandfather’s advice: “always bloom where you are planted.” Although, Jane doesn’t have much of a green thumb, she has always taken this to heart. As a realtor, Jane tailors her services to ensure that her clients receive the same experiences and values that mimic her upbringing.

In only her first year of business, Jane placed as one of the top agents in Charleston, awarded the honor of REALTOR® of Distinction. Jane has since become an entrusted and frequently referred luxury agent in the area and is a Certified International Property Specialist.

Jane’s taste can best be described as eclectic, elegant and valuing character as seen through her renovation of numerous homes. She has a spunky and insightful demeanor and is always looking to get involved around Charleston.

Jane likes to keep in touch with her clients and prospective clients by sending out a quarterly newsletter called Smart Moves. It features a rotating panel of three experts with their do’s and don’t’s on everything from mortgage lending to gardening. In her free time, Jane enjoys the arts, travel, boating, antiquing and spending time with her family.

Testimonials

  • Jane will devote all of her time and attention to making sure you get the house of your dreams. I was looking for a home in Charleston, but lived in Connecticut, so I needed a lot of help. Having a broker I could trust to be my advocate along every step of the house hunting AND house buying process was especially important. She is tireless and also knowledgeable, as she has lived in Charleston for decades. I cannot recommend Jane highly enough. She is the best!

  • Jane came highly recommended by a trusted friend for her experience and knowledge of the Charleston area. We were not disappointed with Jane’s willingness to meet during the weekend and to work at all hours of the day to get us to closing before our wedding. I would absolutely recommend Jane to anyone looking to purchase a home in Charleston.

  • We couldn't be more pleased with our experience in working with Jane Milner as our agent in our recent purchase of our property. Not only is Jane extremely knowledgeable about the real estate process and the I'On area, she is an excellent communicator and stays abreast of all aspects of the transaction. Her passion for her business, her many professional contacts, her tenacity and her anticipation of "next steps" make her a stand out among agents we have previously worked with. Should we ever purchase again - or sell! - ( and my husband says "no" to both as this is our last home purchase!) - we would most definitely use Jane as our agent and we will be sharing her name with anyone who is buying or selling...She's the best!

  • My wife and I fell in love with Charleston and knew we had to live here. Jane was a delight to work with. Her knowledge of the marketplace bolstered our confidence as we maneuvered the offer/counter-offer process. She was professional from beginning to end both with the other brokers and with my wife and I always knowing when to allow us our space and when to step in. We highly recommend Jane if you are looking for a real estate broker.
